Today Britney Spears and the #FreeBritney movement took a giant leap forward as a judge in California ruled to remove her father Jamie Spears as her conservator in a 13 year long conservatorship. While this is a step forward in the direction of Britney Spears' desired freedom, she isn't quite out of the conservatorship quite yet.
For the next 30 to 45 days, Britney will have a temporary conservator. Once the temporary time period expires, her attorney has asked that the conservatorship will end. Britney fans couldn't help but rejoice that Britney has the possibility of being completely out of her conservatorship by the time her 40th bday rolls around.
