The Dallas Cowboys have chosen the Jonas Brothers to perform during their Thanksgiving day football game. The game has been played every year on Thanksgiving day since 1966 when they beat the Cleveland Browns 26-14 at the Cotton Bowl, with the exception of 1975 and 1977, according to ESPN. Ever since then, the game has been a yearly tradition with millions of viewers tuning in.
The infamous halftime show has had incredible performers in the past from Reba McEntire to Carrie Underwood to Toby Keith to Beyoncé. In regards to this year's performance, The Jonas Brothers will be returning to the stage on Thanksgiving. The Jonas Brothers performed for the Cowboys Halftime show back in 2008, and are now the first in history to be chosen to perform for a second time.
For anyone who has ever been ever been a Jonas Brothers fan, much like myself, this is amazing news and makes the wait till then that much more exciting! The Jonas Brothers are kicking off the month of November with two shows in Vegas, performing at the Dolby Live Park MGM, on November 10th and 11th.
