Are you a nap enthusiast? Same. I love a good nap. That's my favorite part of the scheduled naps I take midday on Saturday and Sundays. I also found that I'm more productive if I grab a snoozanne as we call it in my household. Well, NASA has been up to some NASA stuff and has put out a pretty bold statement if you ask me. Apparently, according to NASA, the perfect length of a nap is 26 minutes. According to their study, when you sleep for 26 minutes, you'll be 54% more alert and 34% better at what you do next!

At least that's what it said on the internet, so it must be true!
