Driver in Kitsap Fined Nearly $600 for Driving with Snow on Windshield

It's that time of the year again where that pesky snow has to be all over the place, including on our cars. If you've developed a habit of not completely removing snow from your car, may I suggest you start doing that? If the safety reasons around it alone don't convince you, maybe being fined by cops will.

Recently a driver in Kitsap county was pulled over for driving with snow on their windshield. Like something out of an action movie, the driver was pulled over when a WA State Trooper noticed they had only cleared off a small circle of snow on their windshield for visibility while driving. The driver was fined nearly $600. From the photo below, you can see why the trooper pulled them over for safety reasons.
