Friday the 13th - always a Halloween classic or should we say classic(s)? Looking for an 80s boobed filled scary time with several different movies and reboots to get through over the weekend while downing Reese's Pumpkins and carving pumpkins. In total, the are 12 to watch. Not that we recommend watching all of these in one weekend.

Halloween - another franchise like Friday the 13th that is equipped with not only the original story line and the fan hated reboots. 10/10 do not recommend touching the reboots. While the latest in the franchise that is supposed to be the final chapter is not receiving the best of the reviews, the movie definitely closes out the story. Jamie Lee Curtis, the original scream queen is the only person that matters in this franchise. If she's not in it, don't watch it.

The Blair Witch Project - remember when this movie first came out when we were kids and the rumor was that it was a true story? They made us think that for a really long time back in the day to really increase the fear factor level of this cult classic scary film. However, the scare factor of this film was not lost when it came out it was fictional. Revisit this scary movie for a great Halloween film filled weekend.

Tucker and Dale vs Evil - I am not 100% sure a lot of people know about this movie. This film came out in 2010 and it wasn't only over the last couple of years that I finally caught it and didn't really start to appreciate how funny/scary this spoof horror movie is until recently. The film is definitely gruesome (which I'm not really a fan of) but has a way of using humor to make it less realistic if that's more up your alley like mine.

Nightmare on Elm Street - another classic franchise that will leave your toddler self traumatized for even being nearby when your older brother and parents watched this movie when it first came out. My boyfriend was re-watching this franchise the other night and I opted out based off of childhood trauma and decided that was my time to head to bed. If you dare to watch them, there are plenty of them to be viewed. There is even a crossover collaboration between another infamous horror franchise that makes an appearance throughout the films.
