The MTV Video Music Awards are set to return later this month on the 28th and MTV has started to announce the performers who will be hitting up the stage during the ceremony.
While there are more performers to be announced, so far we know that Panic! at the Disco, J. Balvin, Marshmello and Khalid are performing.
