Nothing quite hits like that first sip of Starbucks. Especially when you've been working at home all day and need a little pick me up. While Starbucks has been known to find themselves in the middle of drama here and there, the company overall does a decent job at getting employees great medical benefits, promotions within the company and to boot, you get free coffee! However, on the tails of other Seattle companies like Dick's and Taco Time, Starbucks is now accepting the challenge of raising their minimum wage. It was announced that by Summer of 2022, Starbucks will raise their minimum wage from $12 an hour to $15 an hour. You can read more about it HERE
