If you're like me, every once in awhile you have done of those nights where you pop by the grocery store, pick up a pint of your favorite flavor of Ben and Jerry's, go home, put on your stretchy pants, surround yourself with your cats and eat the entire pint while binge watching some documentary on Netflix.
