Calling all iced coffee lovers! There is a new, caffeinated, summer beverage in town!
Coffee Tonic.
Yep...it's as simple as that. A shot of espresso, topped with tonic water!
Apparently, this is all the rage down in Mexico City, and they say the citrus in the tonic water gives it the perfect amount of sweetness!
Sounds a little weird, but not weird enough that I wouldn't try it!
