The second trailer for Venom: Let There Be Carnage just came out and the movie is looking a lot darker than I thought it would.
My favorite thing about this movie is Carnage. We finally get to see how Cletus Kasady morphs into Carnage and it looks stunning. When Eddie Brock becomes Venom, the symbiote forms around him. They have a connection that isn't completely one sided, it seems beneficial for both of them. When Cletus becomes Carnage, his body becomes completely disfigured, almost as if his bones are breaking in order to be Carnage. He is a serial killer by day, therefore, Carnage is a fitting name for his alter ego.
One of the coolest scenes shown in the trailer is Venom when he first sees Carnage. His exact words are, "Oh shit, that's a red one." HAHAHAHA, SO GOOD! Clearly Carnage strikes fear into the heart of Venom.
