Firs the first time, I headed down to Gas Works Park for their fireworks show. Typically I don't go to firework shows, but I'm really happy I went to this one. Like it was literally a whole festival vibe! There was music, dancing, food, a beer garden and THOUSANDS of people came out. The show was truly put together in a dope way.
Now I will say this..... Getting in there was WILD, as a lot of the streets were blocked off so I definitely had to jump out of my Uber and walk about 10 minutes. And let's not talk about the traffic after. I kid you not, I live on SLU and the idea was to walk out of the area to grab an Uber, however traffic was so bad that I had to just walk the whole way. I mean I don't mind getting my steps in, but let's just say this is one day I'm happy I didn't wear heels lol
