Over the years I’ve had joint issues like everyone else, but this weekend took the cake. If you follow me on Instagram (@naybesa), then you know my Friday night consisted of me sitting at home with a frozen bag of string beans on my knee. Most assumed I did something crazy but honestly, the truth is pretty sad. Literally, I walked to CVS to grab a couple of things and for some reason, the Downtown Seattle CVS on SLU has two levels. So, while coming down the stairs I felt a SHARP pain in my knee. No I didn’t fall, no I didn’t bump into anything, literally was just walking down the stairs....
Now seeing that I don’t drive, what I SHOULD have done was call a Lyft, but I’m suburban and decided to limped all the way back to my apartment. Needless to say, by the time I got back home the pain was on 1,000. So what did I do? I called my mom and complained about the pain. Of course, she told me to ice it and take some Tylenol but that wasn’t enough. I even tried Icy Hot. No shade to anyone that loves Icy Hot, but that didn’t work for me.
The next day my mom and her twin sister came by to bring me a proper icepack, and Uncle Bud’s CBD Body Revive Roll-On. Now I’ve heard a lot about CBD topicals but I haven’t used one since I broke my ankle in 2019. So I bet you’re wondering if it works. AND IT DOES!
If you have joint issues go grab some Uncle Bud’s CBD Body Revive Roll-On and thank me later. Now, I will note my knee is still a little tight, which frankly just means I need to go to the doctor and get an MRI. However, I can walk again (slowly but I can walk) and I don’t have any knee pain after using the roll-on.
Have you used Uncle Bud’s CBD Body Revive Roll-On? Did it work for you?
