Florida Couple Prepare 2-Day Wedding In Mansion, Then The Owner Shows Up

Over the last year, I've realized that I've talked about Florida so much, not for importance or awareness or all of that tourism and sun but only because of all outrageous headlines from the state! BOOM! It's time for a new segment, "And today in Florida", where we'll be highlighting the week's most outrageous headlines .... here we go!

And today in Florida, where the suns always out and there most definitely something in the water, a Florida couple was preparing to get married at a luxurious mansion but they forgot to tell the owner! That's right! Apparently the couple attended an open house for the 16K square-foot, 9 bedroom, 15 bathroom estate a couple months early. The inquired having their wedding there but were immediately turned down. However this couple thought they were dripping in finesse and thought since the house was on the market for two years, it would probably be vacant the day of their big day! According to reports, Courtney Wilson and Shanita Jones, sent out elaborate invitations boasting a 2-day celebration at the couples "dream home and estate".

However, as guest started arriving for the festivities the owner of the mansion, confused by the festivities, called the police. “I have people trespassing on my property. And they keep harassing me, calling me. They say they’re having a wedding here and it’s God’s message. I don’t know what’s going on. All I want is (for) it to stop," he explained in a local interview. The wedding goers and couple left the property without any further issues. Come on now, if you're going to plan a whole entire wedding, spend all that money, invite all your friends and families to celebrate the moment, you probably want to let the owners of the "dream estate" know, unless you trying to finesse and in that case but in this case, they just sipping on that Florida Kool-Aid!
