The 92nd Scripps National Spelling Bee had a crazy ending with eight co-champions. This beast of a competition went 20 rounds and included 47 correct words to end the competition! 47!!!
I don't know about you, but I sometimes struggle with spelling my own name let alone a word like "bougainvillea." The eight champions will receive a $50,000 prize each which is amazing because usually when there are co-champions, the $50,000 is split.
