Sarah Wong, 19, a student of Seattle Pacific University, was among the four killed after a crane collapsed onto her car on Saturday. Another student who was in the car with her managed to escape unharmed.
She had intended on majoring in nursing.
“My deepest sympathy continues to be with the Wong family and the friends of Sarah. She was a bright light on our campus and will be greatly missed,” Dan Martin, President of Seattle Pacific University, wrote on Twitter. “As a president, I grieve over this tragic loss and as a parent, I especially lift Sarah’s parents up in prayer. God comfort them.”
