You can buy a house in Italy right now for $1...but there's a catch.
There are about 200 homes in the Italian town of Ollolai, that you can buy for $1 right now if you agree to refurbish it within 3 years.
Per CNN, the Italian initiative is meant to bring people back to the beautiful, historic town on the Sardinian island. Ollolai’s current population is about 1,300 residents, down from 2,250 around 50 years ago.
