2021 has brought us all sorts of new technology that have become second nature to use. A couple of those apps consist of cash sending apps such as Venmo and Cash App. Personally I prefer cash app. It has made sending money to and from people so much easier. Going out to eat but don't want to put the waitstaff through having to divide the check? No worries! Just have your friend pay and you cash app or venmo them your portion.
Beware however! The Better Business Bureau is warning of a possible scam on Venmo and Cash App. The scam happens when you receive money from somebody and then you get contacted afterwards to send the money back. Before you send the money back, read the info HERE so your info and banking details don't get hacked.
