I don't want to brag, but I workout. Jokes aside, I am very into my fitness and recently started taking creatine. There are lot's of people who have a weird opinion when it comes to creatine because it sort of seems like a NATURAL steroid. People assume that creatine is parallel to steroids when that couldn't be further from the truth.
So far it is definitely making a difference in my physique. The main thing you have to do is drink plenty of water in order to avoid any complications. I definitely feel stronger and am looking thicker in terms of the amount of muscle I have. Creatine gives you more energy in order to complete more reps and grow. I am definitely an advocate after taking it for a while now.
